This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Palma and enjoying the beautiful beach. It's just a short bus ride away from the city center and right on the beach, so you can easily go for a swim or a stroll along the coast. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast offers a good variety of options to start your day off right. the location and service make this hotel a great choice.

There can be some noise from other guests, so it might not be the best place if you're a light sleeper.

There was no air conditioning

The hotel was in a great location, just a short distance from the airport and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere during our Christmas stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food options, with a nice mix of traditional and homely dishes. we had a lovely and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The noise level, as we could hear everything from our room. The pool area was quite small, which made it a bit crowded at times.

Easy access from the airport via 21 bus stops right outside,2 euros,And so close to beach and bars and restaurants,

It really is a young persons hotel,meaning if you are a mature couple or if you have young children then this hotel is not for you as the german under 25 seem to target this place,they sing and bang about the place all night.3 Nights was enough for us.Maybe we are getting old but they are very noisey

Staff was ok. They had a security man running up and down the stairs all night to make people shut up, to no avail.

Young drunk and rude Germans screaming and banging 24/7. Could not rest a minute day or night.

Great location, easy access to bus stops and close to the beach. the room was clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. the staff was generally friendly and pleasant.

The room was quite small and the noise level was unbearable, not only from other guests but also from the outside. the food was limited with little variety and not very appetizing.

Location is the only positive I can think off!

Staff are very unhelpfull, dont speak English, and straight away asume that you are German! Once I arrived I have been asked to pay for my stay, however Card mashine was not working and I have been told I need to go to cash mashine! I asked could I do it later, answer was no. On the last day, light gone, so was no drinks served during breakfast! Very noisy! Rooms never had enought shampoo and bath gel! I asked several times, never got it! Disaster

- It is a hotel almost 100% filled with young, party seeking germans, that wont let you sleep before 2 o'clock in the mourning. - The cleanliness of the room is quite questionable and actually I would compare it as an hostel and not with a hotel at all. I would consider it as an youth hostel upgrade that works like a hotel. If what you want is to party with germans and sleep late, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, search other hotels and other beach.
